Welcome to Nirvarnaa. By accessing our site, joining our waitlist, or purchasing tickets to Nirvarnaa (Aurora 2027), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Event Ticketing & Admission

Tickets purchased through this platform grant one-time general admission or VIP admission to the ticket holder based on the purchased tier. All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and subject to entry guidelines.

• Each ticket contains a unique reference code and barcode stub.
• Duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited. If multiple copies of the barcode are scanned, only the first scan will be allowed entry.
• Attendees must present their digital or printed ticket at the gates.

2. Payments and Transaction Processing

All online ticket purchases are handled securely through the integrated OPay Cashier payment gateway. You agree to pay all specified amounts for the selected tier. If OPay flags a transaction as fraudulent or high-risk, we reserve the right to invalidate the generated ticket reference.

3. Event Code of Conduct

Nirvarnaa is built on music, art, and pure positive vibes. We expect all attendees to treat other guests, staff, and performers with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual engaging in destructive, unsafe, or abusive behavior without refund.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the performance. Nirvarnaa is not responsible for lost items, personal injury, or travel delays.
